The SENSORIA project has succeeded in its ambition to develop a novel engineering approach to service-oriented computing. bringing mathematically well-founded techniques within the reach of service-oriented software designers and developers. This accelerates the production and delivery of services of high-reliability with guaranteed quality of service.

The project has advanced the "state-of-the-art" in service-oriented computing, providing a formal semantics for service-oriented computing, methods and tools for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of service designs and improvements in the rate of delivery and deployment of the high-end technological services. The results have been disseminated - the semantic framework, the methods, and tools - not only accross the academic community but also to interested parties in industry.

Main impact of the SENSORIA results are achieved in the:

  •  academic field  providing a wealth of publications - journals, conferences, workshops, invited talks - available for future research in the area of service-oriented computing.
  •  university field offereing an important amoung of teaching material among others those produced for the summer schools.
  •  industrial field promoting the innovation in the service-oriented computing most notably through the spin-offs of this project

Find the material and information produced during the project, as deliverables, publications, teaching material, spin-off companies, ... on this web site.
